Weather Report for the C2RETREAT08

For those of you going on the C²RETREAT08, here is the weather report for Hartwick Pines State Park for the coming weekend. Hopefully it won’t rain, but make sure you’re ready for it and for the cool nights!

C2RETREAT08 Info Letter

For those of you that were here last night (and already have lost it) and for those that were not here and have not yet received it in the mail, you can click here to get the info letter that has all the details you need to know about the C²RETREAT08.  Make sure that you fill out the permission form that is at the bottom of the info letter. Don’t forget, I need to know by Sunday if you plan to go.

Hey, don’t forget to sign up in the Teen Room.

The cost is $40.00 per person. If you plan to go, you must sign up and pay a $10.00 reservation fee on or before Sunday, August 3, 2008. Please bring a sack lunch with you for lunch on Thursday. We will leave from the church at 8:00am on Thursday, August 7 and plan to return by 5:30pm on Saturday, August 9. We will be camping at Hartwick Pines State Park and canoeing on the AuSable River.
